Due to popular demand, this is a creative workshop to explore the therapeutic benefits of writing about people. About them. About the one you can’t stop thinking about, the one that you gave birth to, the one who hurt you, those that said you couldn’t and those who said you could. The one that is dead. The ones you live with. The one you lay awake wishing you did.
1.5 hours of bitesize writing and journaling exercises to support character development and leaves you with a piece of work to help you make sense of human connection.
This is your chance to get them out of your head and on to the paper. — where they can take shape, and you can take a breath.
What to Expect:
90 minutes of guided, bitesize writing and journaling exercises
A supportive, reflective space to explore memory, emotion, and relationships
Tools to support character development — both for personal reflection and creative writing
A finished piece (or the beginnings of one) to help you make sense of your story and the connections that define it
Gentle prompts, creative inspiration, and space to write — no pressure to share.
Who it’s for:
This workshop is for anyone who writes — or wants to — and feels the pull of unfinished conversations, unresolved feelings, or simply the weight of human connection. It’s open to all levels, from total beginners to experienced writers. If you’re holding people in your heart and mind, this space is for you.
