When: 11th February 2026, 1800-2000
Length: 2 hours (1 hour writing, 1 hour pottery)
Location: Terra Cafe, 4a Ashley Road, Stokes Croft, Bristol, BS6 5NL
Investment: £55 (£49 earlybird. Use 2026 at the checkout. Valid until 23:59 Jan 6th)
Overview
Impressions: From Page to Pot is a gentle, creative workshop combining reflective journaling and hand-painted pottery. This session invites participants to pause, connect inwardly, and explore the marks life — and love — leave on us. Through a guided hour of writing for wellbeing, you’ll move from reflection on paper to expression in clay, stamping and painting a small phrase or word from your writing onto your pottery piece to take home.
The workshop offers a heart-led space to write, make, and be — to notice what lingers, soften into the present, and create something meaningful with your own hands.
Purpose
To create a calming, creative experience that blends self-expression and tactile making. The workshop encourages reflection on connection, love (in all its forms), and what we choose to hold onto — leaving participants with both written insights and a physical keepsake of their own words.
What to expect
Welcome & grounding
Guided journaling prompts exploring connection, care, and the heart
Choosing your phrase or line from your writing
Pottery painting – adding your chosen words onto a piece of pottery
Closing reflection & sharing (optional)
Who It’s For
Anyone seeking a mindful, creative experience — whether coming alone, with a friend, or as a gentle alternative to Valentine’s celebrations. No writing or pottery experience needed; just openness and curiosity.
