The Calm Collective  is a 90-minute online winter writing workshop inviting participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a sense of stillness in the heart of January. In the midst of dark evenings and post-festive busyness, this session offers a gentle pocket of pause — a cosy, creative space to rest, reflect, and restore through words.

This workshop encourages participants to write softly, without pressure or expectation, using journaling and reflective prompts to anchor themselves in the present.

What Participants Can Expect:

  • Guided writing and journaling prompts themed around rest, reflection, and roots into the now.

  • A nurturing, unhurried pace

  • Time to share (optional) and connect with others online.

  • A soothing invitation to end January with ease and warmth

Who It’s For:
Anyone that needs to hit pause but finds it hard to make the time. Those in need of a mindful pause — a calm, creative space to write, breathe, and feel held by the collective quiet of winter. No experience of writing or journaling is required
